The Glades U-18 team’s struggles continued this past weekend as they dropped two crucial games to the Boston Jr. Bruins.
The Glades U-18 team had an opportunity to go up against one of the top teams in the league this past weekend at home and unfortunately forgot to show up. The Glades were outmatched, in the two game series, in every aspect of the game. Lack of work ethic and discipline led the Glades to two lopsided losses. This is a very disappointing sign given there is only eight league games remaining in the regular season. The Glades have a lot to work on in a short amount of time.
The Glades are still in fifth place in their division, but have made the race for fifth, sixth, and seventh a lot closer. They will host the NE Huskies for a two game series this upcoming weekend. The Huskies are currently one point behind the Glades in the standings, in sixth place. This weekend will be a very important weekend in the Glades hopes for making the playoffs.
